Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy before you buy.

Digital products: no change-of-mind refunds

MonthScapes™ 2027 products are digital files (prompts, spreadsheets, tools and guides) that you can download, copy and keep right after purchase. Because they cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not give refunds for a change of mind, for not using the product, or because AI results vary.

When we do refund

We stand behind our files. If a product is defective, we will fix it, and if we cannot fix it we will refund that product. A product is defective when, for example:

• a download link does not work or a file is missing, damaged or will not open;
• prompts are missing or cut off, or a prompt contains the wrong 2027 dates or holidays in its text;
• a tool (HTML file) does not work in a current version of Chrome, Edge or Safari.

Write to us within 30 days of your purchase. We reply within 2 business days. If we cannot fix the problem within 7 days of your message, we refund that product in full.

What is not a defect

• Differences in the images an AI tool creates (AI results vary every time; the guides show how to check and re-make a page).
• Problems caused by the AI tool you use, its limits or its subscription.
• Not having time to use the product, or changing your mind.
• Not knowing how to use a product: write to us and we will help you.

How to report a problem

Email support@tenlevent.com with your name, the email used at checkout, your order or transaction ID, and a short description or screenshot of the problem.

After a refund

A refund ends the license for that product. Please delete the files and stop using them, and don't use or sell anything created under that license after the refund.

Upgrades

Each upgrade is a separate purchase, and this policy applies to each product on its own.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
