By buying or using a MonthScapes™ 2027 product or this website, you agree to these terms.
The products
MonthScapes™ 2027 products are digital downloads: AI prompts, spreadsheets, offline HTML tools, image files and guides. Nothing physical is shipped. Delivery happens right after purchase through a download page.
Your license
Each product comes with the license written in its READ ME file and guide. In short:
- You may use the images and calendars you create for personal and commercial projects, including selling the finished calendars.
- You may not resell, share or give away the prompts, spreadsheets, tools, overlays, templates or guides themselves, unless you bought a license that allows it (the Business License or Reseller License, under their own terms).
- Licenses are personal to the buyer and cannot be transferred.
AI tools and results
The prompts are written for third-party AI image tools such as ChatGPT. We are not affiliated with those tools, and their own terms apply to the images you create. AI results vary every time; you are responsible for checking dates, holidays and spelling before you print, give or sell anything.
Your content
Do not use our products to create images of known characters, brands, logos you have no right to use, or real people. You are responsible for what you create and sell.
Intellectual property
The prompts, texts, tools, designs and the MonthScapes name belong to MonthScapes. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.
No guarantees
The products are provided "as is". We do not promise any income, sales or specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Refunds

Ending a license
If you break these terms or a product license, your license ends and you must stop using the products. A refunded purchase also ends its license.
